What is Rational Quotient?
Ability to respond rationally to any stressful situations, deal with irrational beliefs, effectively manage emotions, and take concrete actions towards the goals.
The RQ program is based on ’Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy’. An action oriented approach to transform ones irrational, self doubting thoughts, into rational thoughts. REBT is the pioneering form of cognitive behaviour therapy developed by Dr. Albert Ellis in 1955. The foundation of REBT is based on a premise, thoughts about events leads to emotional and behavioural upset. It is a skills and evidence based approach.

How It Works
In this program, participants are taught to identify, examine and challenge their unhealthy thoughts. The program enables the participants to develop healthy habits and overcome their fears.
